Spaghetti Bolongnese

Spaghetti Bolongnese 肉酱意粉 consists of spaghetti (long strings of pasta) with an Italian spaghetti sauce (meat sauce) made with minced lamb, bacon and tomatoes, served with Parmesan cheese. Spaghetti bolongnese is one of the most popular pasta dishes eaten outside of Italy.
